• - Monitor Progress monitoring and adequacy of resources
• - Check construction method/sequence of the Contractor SA Job description - Has experience in the Oil and Gas industry or similar industry and has construction supervision experience on large Oil and Gas projects
• - Assists the construction manager to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards
• - Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction Work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates
• Implements the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives
• Must have thorough knowledge of construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications
• ▓ MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ▓
• ~ Lead, directs and supervise field construction team in forward planning, site progress and resolving issues in all aspects of field execution ~ Review site documents in order to support Client PMY in supervising, monitoring and review of Construction Contractor(s) performance under their respective contracts
• Prepare sub-reports if necessary
• ~ Assist Client Sr project engineers/ engineers (SPE/PE’s)
• Recommend and suggest strategies to SPE / PE’s with a view to the project’s timely completion in accordance with the project specifications and predetermined schedule maintaining the highest standard of quality and safety
• ~ Review and comment on Contractor’s CMS, site execution plans, reports and advice client project engineer and construction manager the best practices in any issues that may arise
• ▓ REQUIREMENT/S ▓
• √ Minimum of 10-years experience for similar/civil-structure erection/construction works
• √ Has had experience in the Oil and Gas, or similar, industry and has project engineering experience on large Oil and Gas projects
• √ University Graduate or Equivalent
