The Blue Sky Project celebrated its Safety Day In line with JGC Corporation’s annual Safety Day celebration.  Concurrently, the project has also reached 10 Million Safe Man Hours which is another reason to celebrate. 

One of the highlights of the event is the speech delivered by a worker’s daughter during the opening program.  In her speech she shared that every family of every worker at site is always concerned about the safety of their fathers and family members at site, that they may always come back home safe.  The speech stirred the emotions of the audience, touching their hearts with this heartwarming reminder. 

During the Safety Day, JCG and the client awarded several personnel and teams for their safety performance.  Some of the awards given are:  Best Area-Champion on Good Housekeeping, Best IIF™ Champion, Best Safety Poster and Best Safety Slogan. 

Commemorative “10 Million Safe Man-hours” jackets were given away.  The leaders of JGC, the client and the subcontractors signed on the Safety Commitment banner, followed by the project personnel.
