Project Team Alignment Workshop

| A number of behavioural programs have been developed and implemented at Barzan Project to make all workers understand and be aware of the value of individual responsibility and the importance of their relationships with others in ensuring a "Safe, Healthy and Sustained Environment."
A workshop was held attended by top leaders of the Construction, Engineering, HSSE and Quality disciplines from both JGC and the Client. Collectively, they worked on creating mutual appreciation and respect among the participants.
The workshop also intended to create mutual understanding. A group exercise was conducted to identify the key challenges faced in accomplishing Project objectives and planning actions to moving forward and resolving issues. |
| In the end, the leaders of both organizations acknowledged the participants for their enthusiasm and active participation in the workshop and their commitment and attaining the key objectives. |
