The safety culture of an organization can significantly improve when the top Management commitments itself and leads by example.  Transforming a Corporation from the top to the bottom of the Organization is a slow process and requires patience and endurance, but the impact on the Organization’s safety culture will be most satisfactory, resulting in a safer workplace and excellent safety performance.

Effective implementation of a solid safety culture development and change program and an effectively implemented health, safety, security and environmental management system, are crucial elements for the transformation of the Organization and the “journey to become a leader in HSE.”
